RETURN CONDITIONS
Cases eligible for returns:
- Technical issues related to accessing the account due to errors from esimdulich.com.
- Payment issues: Overpayment, duplicate order payments.
- Users want to exchange the eSIM.
- The eSIM is not usable.
Cases not eligible for returns:
Cases due to reasons from the user:
- Users do not want to use the eSIM without a valid reason.
- Users did not read the eSIM information carefully (device not supporting eSIM, turning on Roaming after installing eSIM, purchasing the wrong eSIM, etc.)
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Time to return the product: within 01-07 days from the date the user successfully purchased the eSIM (contact via email).
Return procedure: Users need to notify the staff of ESIMONE PTE. LTD (via email: Hello@esimone.com) about the reason for returning and the accurate contact phone number so that we can carry out the product return process as quickly as possible according to the user's request.
REFUND METHOD
Within 24-48 hours from the time we receive the return request notification, the customer care staff of ESIMONE PTE. LTD will contact the customer to confirm the payment information for the refund process.
The refund will be made by us via bank transfer to the customer's bank account or another method agreed upon by both parties.
