eSIM Not Activated: You have not scanned the QR code or otherwise initiated the activation process.EligibleA full refund will be issued.
eSIM Activated: You have scanned the QR code and started using the eSIM.Not EligibleActivated eSIMs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee refunds for issues arising after activation, as the eSIM may have been used or compromised.
Customer Error: Incorrect device compatibility, incorrect information entered during purchase, etc.Not EligibleWe are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the purchase or activation process. Please carefully review your device compatibility and entered information before completing your order.
Change of Mind: You no longer need the eSIM, or your schedule has been changed.Not EligibleAs eSIMs are digital products that can be easily copied, we do not offer refunds for simple changes of mind.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact our customer support team within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. Provide Details: Explain the issue and provide any relevant information (e.g., order number, error messages).
  3. Investigation: We will investigate your request and determine eligibility for a refund.
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Additional Notes:

  • Refunds may take up to 48 hours to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
  • By purchasing an eSIM from eSIM ONE, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
  • We always encourage our clients to re-check if their device is eSIM compatible or not before payment. Therefore, we do not accept to refund in case you discover that your device is not eSIM compatible after you have place an order succesfully.
