Refund Process:

- Provide Details: Explain the issue and provide any relevant information (e.g., order number, error messages).
- Investigation: We will investigate your request and determine eligibility for a refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

- Refunds may take up to 48 hours to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

- By purchasing an eSIM from eSIM ONE, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
- We always encourage our clients to re-check if their device is eSIM compatible or not before payment. Therefore, we do not accept to refund in case you discover that your device is not eSIM compatible after you have place an order succesfully.
