I can't pay for my order, what should I do?
When your payment method doesn't work, the best solution is to try another payment method or contact your bank.
In most cases, payment processing may be declined because your bank or credit card provider has detected unusual behavior through their internal fraud detection system. Our payment processor is based in the United States, so if you're using foreign payment methods, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
If you attempt the same payment method more than five times within less than half an hour, or repeatedly use the same payment method in a short time, leading to multiple rejections, the payment processor may block you as they consider this a fraudulent attack. We recommend you not to do this, as your payment method may be blacklisted for future purchasing transactions.
