Can I Change the Email Address Linked to My Account?
There are cases where customers want to change the email address linked to their eSIM account when they first register. Unfortunately, at the moment, you cannot actively change the email address associated with your eSIM account.
If you have lost access to the email address linked to your eSIM account since your initial registration, please contact our customer support department, and we will unlink the email account.
You can create a new account with a new email address after unlinking the account. eSIM ONE is gradually improving and will add this feature in the near future.
