Why is my account suspended? Can a suspended account be reopened?
Your web login account and eSIM application account may be suspended due to violations of our policies and terms of use.
Specifically, if you engage in any suspicious activities on our app to cause risks, imposing danger to our clients, security of our services, referrals, and promotions, we have the right to suspend all activities and services in your account, with or without prior notice.
This is stated in our Terms & Conditions. To ensure customer information safety and security, we may also suspend accounts in cases of error or misunderstanding. If you believe that your account suspension was done due to misunderstanding, please contact customer support through the app, social media channels, or by sending a ticket to our customer support email.
We will review your account information and unlock it as soon as we verify that there is nothing unusual with your activities.
