How to Update My Account Password?
In case you have unfortunately forgotten your password to log in to your eSIM Travel account or simply want to change your password for security purposes, you can reset your password using the following methods:
Within the app:
First, access the eSIM ONE Website/Application.
Log in, then go to [My Profile].
Select [Account Settings] and then [Password].
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it via email from the [Account Settings] page or the [Login] page.
When choosing this method, you'll need to have access to the email you used to register your account.
If you're accessing the website, you can also reset your password through the [My Account] interface.
