How to know if I'm using the newly installed eSIM, or the original physical SIM?

We have recorded many cases where clients do not know if they are using the newly added eSIM, or their Original Physical SIM card as it can be quite confusing.

Sometimes, you may not be aware of whether you're accessing the internet with your original SIM or the new eSIM.

In some cases where you are using your original SIM, you probably know how costly roaming charges can be.

To ensure that you are using your new eSIM, follow these steps:

Switch [Data roaming] on your original physical SIM card in “settings” to OFF.

Go to the eSIM [Settings] and switch [Data roaming] to ON.

After completing these two steps, you can rest assured that your data usage will be deducted from the eSIM package you've purchased, without incurring any additional charges on other SIMs.

We wish you a pleasant and enjoyable journey!
