Why can't I access browsers like Chrome or Safari while other applications work just fine?

If you've activated an eSIM and find that you can not access browsers, or you might encounter issues with Chrome displaying "No Internet", while other applications work normally.

Here's what you can do to address the problem:

First, try turning your device to airplane mode, and turn it off to ensure you're not in a weak signal area.

If you still can't connect to browsers, it is possible that your eSIM hasn't granted network access to them.

To fix this, first:

Go to your device's [Settings]

Navigate to the [Mobile Data] or [Cellular Data] section and ensure that [Data roaming] is enabled.

Scroll down and look for the browsers like Chrome and make sure they are allowed to use mobile data.

After making these changes, reopen Chrome and see if it's now working.

If you continue to encounter "No Internet" errors, please contact us for further assistance.
