I can not scan the QR Code, what should I do?
After you have successfully ordered an eSIM and received the QR Code but you cannot scan it, there will be two scenarios as follows:
1st case is that: Your device does not support eSIM, you need to re-check to see if your device really does supports eSIM or not?
Second case: Your device supports eSIM, but you cannot add the eSIM by scanning the QR code due to provider issues. In this case, you can manually install the eSIM as follows:
Enter the [SM-DP+] address
Enter the [Activation Code]
The confirmation code field would be left empty
All of this information is available in the email that eSIM ONE has sent after your purchase. Please follow our instructions on how to manually install the eSIM onto your device.
