What does "Unable to complete mobile data change" mean?
This is a common issue, and it might be due to various reasons:
First, it may mean that the data package that you are trying to install has already been added to a another device. Typically, one QR code can only be used on a single device. If it has been scanned by ONE device, that QR code cannot be used again.
Second, your device has successfully downloaded the eSIM, but it hasn't completed the setup process yet. In this case, you can try to turn ON the Airplane mode then turn it off to reset the networks. Or you can just restart your device just to make sure.
